Our recent stay at Lumberton la Quinta was made so much better thanks to one incredible staff member, Steph2. From the moment we checked in, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. While the overall hotel experience had its ups and downs, her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate us truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests the way she does, and we are so thankful for her efforts. Lumberton la Quinta is lucky to have her on their team, she was the highlight of our stay!
I stayed here a few weeks ago visiting some family and I just wanna shout out the cleaning crew making my stay super pleasant so thank you Stephanie,Karla,maria,Jennifer,Desiree they all had such a positive attitude and were super kind and welcoming!
Had a very comfortable stay here was on vacation with some family and love every moment my experiences was unbelievable the beds were so comfy the food was yummy. I just wanna thank Stephanie, Maria, Karla, Jennifer, and Desiree they keep the rooms extremely clean and always maintain a positive attitude super kind ladies and will definitely recommend to my friends and more family, most definitely will stay here again!
I would like to say how well everything and everyone at this hotel is. Jennifer, maria, Karla Desiree were amazing!! I was extremely blown away by Stephanie, hands down the best!! I had fresh towels soap coffee ECT... 10 out of 10 experience.. I wish I could live there
I just wanna say this was an amazing experience all the necessities were there. The environment we so friendly and I just want to say thanks to these very sweet ladies Stephanie , Karla, Maria, Jennifer and Desiree they helped so much and made sure that I was comfortable at my stay with how incredibly clean the rooms were and the positive kind attitudes definitely will be staying here again!!!
I just want to say that I was treated so kindly by Stephanie at the front desk. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Stephanie was very helpful when I called down from my room as well. I want to say a thank you to Angel as well for her accomodations and being an awesome manager. 10/10 y'all are awesome!!!!
Definitely worth it great breakfast, friendly staff rooms are clean and conveniently located this place has it all . They are pet friendly and have a nice yard out back to walk your dogs. Every single staff member was so nice
The service was great! The price was reasonable! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was good, and so was the coffee! Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.
